Instant Tax Deduction On New Equipment Continues
The Instant Asset Write-off Scheme from the 2015 Federal Budget has been extended once again.
What does this mean for you? In effect, on the purchase of a new Cable Hoist or Belt Elevator, you get the full depreciation amount (around $3,000) back in your pocket at tax time because the scheme allows you to deduct the full value of every asset immediately, instead of staggering it over a number of years.
If you’re considering a new Cable Hoist or Belt Elevator, or any new equipment for that matter, now might be just the right time.
“BRILLIANT” Brake on Cable Hoist Base Unit
“An absolutely brilliant idea – the best thing you’ve ever done to the Cable Hoist!” is how Graham from All Above Roofing described the brake on his Cable Hoist.
Hytile’s commitment to continual product improvement and consultation with the men using our equipment has resulted in the development of this very simple and effective braking system for the base wheels.
Once a machine is in position and set up for a job, the brake is engaged by simply pulling up the lever. Your Cable Hoist is now steady as a rock and won’t move whilst in operation. No more chocking the base wheels!
The brake is now standard on all new Cable Hoists, and is easily retro-fitted to existing machines.
HYTILE Solar Panel Lifter
Take the heavy lifting out of transporting solar panels up to the roof with a Hytile Solar Panel Lifter. The Lifter can also be used to take up and bring down all the tools required for each job.
A standard 2-section machine with a total reach of 8.5m is suitable for all single storey, and the majority of double storey jobs. By adding in additional 3.6m sections, reach can be extended up to 15.8m.
This easy-to-use lifter is ideal for both residential and commercial projects.

Be Kind To Your Back
The Hytile Batten Trolley has always been a popular tool for the “back conscious” roof tiler. Tiles can be transferred from one end of the roof to the other with a minimum of physical effort.
They are particularly useful on long gable roofs, and in today’s market where block sizes are smaller than ever, the options for loading a roof from all sides are limited. In these situations, the Hytile Batten Trolley can be a big advantage in speed and energy saving – just load the trolley and roll it.
