SNAP-TOGETHER OPTION FOR YOUR CABLE HOIST
This new feature does away with the bother of lost bolts, and makes assembly quicker and easier than ever before. Just unfold, and your Cable Hoist will snap firmly into place, ready for use. This enhancement can also be fitted to older model machines.
HYTILE GUTTER PRO
Stay safe and protect your guttering from scratches and dents.
A sliding ladder can not only damage the gutter, it can send you tumbling to the ground, and on many occasions right into the casualty department of the nearest hospital.
The Gutter Pro helps prevent your ladder moving sideways, and keeps it from coming into contact with the guttering.
Use a Hytile Gutter Pro with your ladder for a safe, professional, hassle-free job.
MUD BUCKETS
Need a hardy metal bucket to mix your bedding in? Hytile now stocks mud buckets,so grab one next time you’re in.
NEW MODEL CABLE HOIST TROLLEY
Tensioning your wirerope couldn’t be simpler on our new Cable Hoist Trolley.
No more fiddling around with a bulldog clamp – you set up your wirerope only once for the life of the cable, and add tension with the quick twist of a dial.
HYTILE FLEXIBLE POINTING
“Have you tried Hytile’s popular flexible pointing?
It comes with money back guarantee.
Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
TRIMMING TRAY
Contain all your cut-off tile pieces in one place with a durable Hytile Trimming Tray.
TILECUTTER MAINTENANCE
Maintaining your Tilecutter will ensure you get fast, easy, accurate cuts.
When sharpening your chisel with a grinding wheel, make sure you have a container of water handy to keep the chisel edge cool. Hardness will be lost if it gets too hot.
As the chisel wears, the gap between the chisel and cutter wheel widens. When this happens, don’t just slide the chisel down and nip up the grub screw – it will pop back up with the first cut. Instead, pack some small washers under the base of the chisel.
Replace your cutter wheel when it gets blunt.
Worn bolts in the handle and plunger linkage can make the cutting action sloppy. To fix this just replace these bolts with our special oversize ones. If you’d prefer us to maintain your Tilecutters, just drop them in to your local Hytile outlet and we’ll have them working like new in no time.
LEASE A NEW HOIST OR ELEVATOR
Are you constantly spending time and money patching up an old machine that has seen better days? Perhaps it’s time for a new Cable Hoist or Belt Elevator.
Financing new equipment might be just the solution for you, so whether you’re local or interstate, give Cheryl or Faye a call on 03 9725 4488.
